When an Incident Occurs A fraternity is a continuing organization and such without a plan is only continuing by chance. Every chapter should have a carefully chosen identity on its campus and in its community and a plan for maintaining or changing that identity.
If the finances are in order, the chapter has hope for establishing and maintaining the brotherhood. Otherwise, the brotherhood is going to fail. It's only a matter of "how long until" and "how painfully".
